By downloading, installing, or using Phantom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Phantom is a baseball training application that connects to compatible Bluetooth-enabled launch monitors to capture, organize, and visualize batting performance data. Features may include swing tracking, exit velocity, launch angle, projected distance, spray charts, session history, and other performance metrics.

Certain features may require compatible third-party hardware or software.

Phantom stores batter profiles, session history, and performance data to provide training insights and historical analysis.

Depending on the features you use, your data may be stored locally on your device and/or securely synchronized with cloud services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account, including any exported backups of your data.

Phantom is designed to work with supported Bluetooth-enabled launch monitors and compatible mobile devices.

Compatibility may vary depending on hardware, operating system versions, or third-party software.

Phantom is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd., Garmin International, Inc., or any other launch monitor manufacturer unless explicitly stated. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Phantom may integrate with third-party hardware, operating systems, or services, including Bluetooth devices and Apple Watch.

The availability and performance of these integrations depend on the respective third-party providers and may change without notice.

All software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, and branding associated with Phantom are the property of Phantom or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Phantom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Performance metrics, projections, and training insights are provided for informational and training purposes only. Measurements are derived from connected hardware and may not reflect actual on-field performance or game results.

Phantom is not responsible for injuries, training decisions, equipment failures, or damages resulting from the use of the App or connected third-party hardware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of Phantom following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
